Olive bread from Homeboy Industries, toasted on melted butter.

Spread with spreadable goat cheese.

Topped with avocado, arugula, fresh chopped dill, and pepper.

Holy yum.

What is the best part? It’s hard to say. The buttery, crispy bread? The goat cheese? The creamy avocado? All of them in combination for sure. I will be making this, probably every afternoon this week.
